- RFP for the Development of UCEDC-Owned Real Property Located at 302 Pat Booker Rd
The Universal City Economic Development Corporation is seeking development of a vacant commercial parcel that the EDC owns at 302 Pat Booker Road, Universal City, Texas. The purpose of the sale is to return the long-time vacant property back to a productive community asset. The UCEDC seeks qualified Developers to acquire and redevelop the property in a manner that has the greatest positive impact to Universal City. This parcel is in close proximity to JBSA - Randolph and is located in the Aviation District of Universal City.
The Universal City Economic Development Corporation invites proposals from qualified, competent, knowledgeable, and experienced providers that impart the services outlined in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Companies submitting responses must be prepared to enter into an agreement (“Agreement”) for the provision of requested services and goods as set forth in this RFP.
