Northlake Business Park is a 178-acre Master Planned Community with protective covenants in place to ensure quality development for your business. Undeveloped sites range from 1-30 acres. Currently, several newly constructed speculative buildings, each ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet, are available for lease or sale.

The San Antonio area economy is one of the most diverse and dynamic in the United States, and Northlake Business Park, with its immediate access to IH 35 and Anderson Loop-1604, is only a short drive from many of the area’s most important hubs of activity. Within proximity of Northlake are an abundance of restaurants, stores, and services that fulfill a variety of personal and business needs.

Randolph is also home to the Air Force Personnel Center, which itself employs 3,600 military, civilian and contractor personnel.

Universal City, the municipality in which Northlake is situated, is serviced by a host of utility and telecom providers. Among its many achievements, Universal City has been recognized for being the first EPA Green Power Community in Texas, having the best drinking water in Texas, being a Windtricity partner with CPS Energy, and was voted Best City Hall in the area.
