When and where are city council meetings held?
Regular council meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at city hall located at 2150 Universal City Blvd. Special meetings are held as necessary. Agendas are posted on this website and at city hall.

What is the procedure to speak at a city council meeting?
Sign-in slips are provided in the foyer prior to each council meeting. Fill one out and give it to the mayor BEFORE the meeting starts. You will speak during the "Citizens to be Heard" segment of the meeting. This time is provided for citizens to address city council on issues or concerns and must be informative only. No city council discussion or action will be taken. Please limit your comments to five minutes.
