What is the procedure to speak at a city council meeting?
Sign-in slips are provided in the foyer prior to each council meeting. Fill one out and give it to the mayor BEFORE the meeting starts. You will speak during the "Citizens to be Heard" segment of the meeting. This time is provided for citizens to address city council on issues or concerns and must be informative only. No city council discussion or action will be taken. Please limit your comments to five minutes.
