The J-17 monitoring well has dropped below 650 feet and as a result the City of Universal City is entering Stage Two drought restrictions. Watering days for Stage Two remain the same as Stage One, however the hours are shortened. Watering with an irrigation system, hose end sprinkler or soaker hose is allowed only between the hours of 3-8 a.m. and 8-10 p.m. on your designated watering day. Your designated watering day is determined by the last number of your address:
0 or 1 - Monday
2 or 3 - Tuesday
4 or 5 - Wednesday
6 or 7 - Thursday
8 or 9 - Friday
