Small Bulky Items
Small items that fit in the trash can be place in your regular trash cart for collection. No items outside your trash cart will be collected. No construction waste will be collected including fence pickets, cabinets, flooring, etc.
2026 Spring Clean Up Dates April 9-12 & 16-19 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Bulk disposal is offered to Universal City residents during the City's bi-annual clean up events in April and October of each year. Eligible Items can be dropped off at Public Works 265 Kitty Hawk Rd. Universal City Texas, 78148. Please note that Spring Clean Up and Hazardous Waste days are the same event. Clean out your home and garage and bring what you collect to us!
- You must show your ID or utility bill.
-Only Universal City residents are eligible.
Waste Management "At Your Door" Collection
WM's "At Your Door Special Collection" allows for the collection of the difficult, sometimes hazardous and hard to recycle items that almost every household accumulates.
There is no special charge for this service. For regulations and procedures of the "at Your Door Special Collection" service, please call the WM toll free number 1-800-449-7587, via email AtYourDoor@WM.com or go online to www.WMAtYourDoor.com.
The use of this service is strictly between WM and the resident. City staff cannot schedule the service or answer any questions regarding eligible or ineligible items.
Waste Management Bagster
WM Bagster bags are available at local home improvement stores. Purchase a bag, fill it, then call for pickup. The Bagster program is a private contractual agreement between WM and the customer. City staff cannot schedule the service or answer any questions regarding eligible or ineligible items.
