Study Rooms

Please read the Study Room policy in full before use. The following information below is only a brief overview. 

The Library has two Study Rooms for use by the general public to individuals 16 years of age or older, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations are accepted, but must be made with 24 hours notice given and are handled on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • Study Rooms seat a maximum of 4 people per building and fire code.
  • Study Rooms are available for collaborative use, small meetings or studying. 
  • No selling of merchandise or services or exchange of funds is allowed in the study rooms. No business may operate from a study room. 
  • Reservations for Study Rooms will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Reservations may be made up to one (1) month or 30 days in advance. Reservation/s is only valid for the calendar month of the first meeting date. Reservations must be made with 24- hours notice given. 
  • There are no time limits on use of the rooms, but the Library reserves the right to impose a limit when necessary to manage resource demand. 
  • Drinks are permitted in the rooms but are limited to containers with a well-secured lid. No purple, pink, red, or blue drinks are allowed. No food is allowed.
  • Study rooms must be vacated 15 minutes prior to closing.
