Drainage Easements and Alleyways

We’d like to remind all residents that dumping trash, debris, tree branches, grass, or leaves in drainage easements is illegal. Keeping these areas clean helps prevent rodents, snakes, blockages, and flooding in our community.

When our crews mow drainage areas, they stay 2 feet away from all fences. It is the resident’s responsibility to maintain the grass and weeds along their fence lines.

Please also make sure that any tree branches overhanging fences are trimmed to a minimum height of 13’ feet & 6” inches. This ensures safe and clear access for maintenance equipment.
