The Universal City Fire Department conducts fire code compliance inspections annually of all commercial occupancies within the city. The inspection process contributes to the overall reduction in risk associated with hazards for our community, community partners, and visitors.
As part of our quality assurance program, we ask business owners to complete a voluntary survey regarding their experience. We also ask that, if you have any complaints regarding your experience, you fill out the following survey. This assists us in evaluating our service. Your responses are completely anonymous unless you choose to provide your identity.
Based upon your interactions with the Universal City Fire Department during your most recent fire safety code inspection or interaction, please answer the following questions on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being Strongly Disagree and 5 being Strongly Agree.
