These alerts are currently available through the Online Bill Pay system for resident's water account.

To Sign Up for Alerts

Residents must create an online bill pay account to signup for alerts.
  1. Click ONLINE BILL PAY link on the City Homepage to log into your account. New users will need to create an account.
  2. Click on your ACCOUNT NUMBER.
  3. Click the CONSUMPTION HISTORY tab.
  4. Click the MANAGE ALERTS box.
  5. Choose which alerts you would like to receive and the method of notification.
Blackboard Connect CTY
Signup for Blackboard Connect to receive emergency alerts from the City of Universal City on issues affecting your neighborhood.
