The Comprehensive Plan is a long-range vision document that will provide an integrated approach to addressing community-driven challenges, goals and objectives for the City of Universal City. It serves as the City's primary policy and planning document.

Thank you to all the citizens who provided their input through the Citizen Input Survey and at the Citizen Input Meeting.

In addition to the citizen input, City staff was broken into six focus groups based on their area of expertise: Cultural, Infrastructure and Parks, City Support, Development, Public Safety, and Economic Development. Each group discussed in detail the perceived problems and potential solutions for their focus area.
